WHAT THE MID-ATLANTIC PATHWORK CAN OFFER YOU
We offer a variety of opportunities to explore the Pathwork. Below is a summary of our programs. Use the navigation bar at left to explore these programs in more detail. You may also register online for upcoming workshops (look for the register link on the Workshops page).
Reading Pathwork Lectures and attending a Lecture Study Class is often the first step for many on this path. Search and Download Pathwork Lectures now.
Pathwork Sessions with a Pathwork Helper (for individuals or couples) and Emotional Process Groups (around 6 to 12 people) offer opportunities to deepen one's work.
Pathwork Workshops, usually from two to four days in length, provide an occasion to join together with others to fully immerse oneself in a healing, transformational group experience, typically comprising emotional process work, Core Energetics, and spiritual practices and rituals. We also offer non-Pathwork workshops by leaders and teachers whose work is compatible with ours.
The Pathwork Transformation Program is the heart of what we teach. It consists of a series of two- to four-day meetings throughout the year with the same committed and intimate group of people, along with regular one-to-one sessions with a Pathwork Helper.
Core Energetics is included in most of our workshops, and it is also possible to have individual sessions in this powerful bodywork modality.
A Personal Intensive is a focused period of three to five days solely dedicated to one's inner work, under the guidance of a team of Pathwork Helpers.
The Pathwork Experience Program is for those interested in being in residence at Sevenoaks while studying the Pathwork.
Training Programs offer a full curriculum for those who feel called to become a Pathwork Helper.
